Shipping and delivery terms

1. Delivery time:

Domestic orders: 5 working days from the date of order.
International orders: 7-10 business days from the date of order (may vary depending on time and country).

2. Delivery responsibility:

In the absence of a buyer: the seller is considered to have fulfilled his obligations. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow up on shipping the products by contacting the shipping company.
If the product is delivered to another person: The seller is not responsible if the person is not present or does not accept the delivery.
The necessity of inspecting the product: The buyer must inspect the product immediately upon receipt and submit his objection in the event of a problem resulting from shipping.

3. Payment:

Full payment before receiving the product: unless otherwise stated by the seller in writing.
In the event of non-payment: The seller has the right to unilaterally cancel the contract and not deliver the product.
If the product price is paid after delivery: the product must be returned to the seller within 3 days at the latest.
In the event that the price of the product is not paid due to an error on the part of the buyer: the buyer shall bear the shipping costs.

4. Credit card sales:

They are not credit sales or installments: they are cash sales.
The seller's rights in the event of non-payment: available and reserved within the framework of relevant legislation.

5. Delay in delivery:

If the product cannot be delivered within 30 days:
The seller informs the buyer.
The buyer can cancel the order, order a similar product, or wait until the end of the unusual situation.

6. Inability to supply the product:

In the event that the seller is unable to supply the product:
The seller must inform the buyer within 3 days.
The seller can offer another good/service of equal quality - the price.
The buyer has the freedom to agree or reject.

7. Case of hypothetical and legal consequences:

In the event that product delivery is delayed due to force majeure:
The seller is not responsible for this.
Buyer can cancel the order or delay the delivery time.
If the order is cancelled, the buyer will be refunded within 14 days.
