Warranty and return terms

Right to withdraw from the contract:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason and paying any fine in the following cases:
The product is not suitable for the buyer (difference in size, dimensions, characteristics).
The product does not match the image or technical specifications mentioned.
The presence of defects, tearing, burning, or a change in the origin or characteristics of the product.
The buyer does not like the product for any reason.
The product is not suitable for use for any reason.

Conditions for returning products:

Submit a return request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
Send a clear request or notice to the seller within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product (in writing to the contact addresses listed below).
Send the product to the seller's address within a maximum of 10 days from the date of submitting the return request.
Send the shipping invoice to the seller (in writing to the contact addresses mentioned below).
The product is delivered complete and undamaged with its box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.

Return product costs:

Product costs will be returned to the Buyer according to the payment instrument used when purchasing the Product, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Seller's shipping invoice notification.
The buyer must meet the above requirements.

Loss of right of return:

The buyer will lose the right to return in the event of breach of any of the conditions of the term and procedures for using the right mentioned above.
The Buyer's order may not be accepted if the Product is broken, torn, damaged, altered or any of its characteristics are altered by the Buyer due to failure to use it in accordance with the instructions for use.
The buyer will be responsible to the seller in any case, and in these cases the seller has the right to collect an amount he deems appropriate according to the disturbance, change or damage occurring by deducting from the payment that will be made to the buyer.

Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to institutions and legal persons that purchase products for commercial or professional purposes.

Compensation for reduced value of goods:

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the Buyer or if a return becomes impossible, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller's losses at the rate of the Buyer's fault.
The Buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products during the right of withdrawal period from the contract of sale.

Agreeing to the warranty and return terms:

Once the purchase is completed, the buyer is deemed to have read, agreed and acknowledged all of the above warranty and return terms.

Access warranty and return terms:

All terms included in this Agreement can be saved and accessed by the Seller.
The buyer can request it from the seller at any time requested by the buyer, as it is sent to the buyer by email after the buyer approves it.
