ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, concerning the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER’s website, whose specifications and sales price are specified below.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL TERMS
4.1 - The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and confirmed the essential characteristics, sales price, and payment method of the product, as well as the preliminary information related to delivery, which are available on the website.
4.2 - The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/institution at the address specified by the BUYER within the time frame indicated on the website, provided that it does not exceed the legal 3-day period, depending on the distance to the BUYER’s location.
4.3 - If the product is to be delivered to a person/institution other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the refusal of acceptance by the person/institution.
4.4 - The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in a complete, sound manner, in line with the specifications mentioned in the order, and, if applicable, with warranty certificates and user manuals.
4.5 - For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, a signed copy of this contract must have been received by the SELLER, and the price must have been paid by the BUYER using their preferred payment method. If, for any reason, the price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be released from its obligation to deliver the product.
4.6 - If the product is delivered to the BUYER, and the payment is later revoked due to unauthorized or illegal use of the BUYER's credit card by third parties, the BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days. The shipping costs in such cases will be borne by the BUYER.
4.7 - In extraordinary situations such as force majeure or adverse weather conditions that prevent transportation, the SELLER must notify the BUYER. In such cases, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order, request the replacement of the product with an equivalent, or delay delivery until the circumstances preventing delivery are resolved. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 days.
4.8 - Products covered by warranty or otherwise can be sent back to the SELLER for necessary repairs under warranty conditions. In such cases, shipping costs will be borne by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or to the third party at the address specified. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER by fax, email, or phone within this period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the conditions outlined in Article 6. In case of withdrawal, the BUYER must return the product with a copy of the shipping receipt and original invoice. Once these documents are received, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The return shipping cost in such cases will be covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 6 - PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are of a nature that cannot be returned, single-use products, downloadable software and programs, perishable goods, or products with an expiration date. The following items are subject to the condition that the product packaging must remain unopened, undamaged, and unused:
- Portable computers (no returns will be accepted after the original operating system is installed).
- All software and programs.
- DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes.
- Computer and office supplies (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.).
- All types of cosmetics.
- Phone credit orders.
ARTICLE 7 - COMPETENT COURT
In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Consumer Courts at the location of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized.
Upon placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
