Shipping Policy for Zaytoon Gift
Order Processing Time:
All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Delivery Times:
- Local Orders: Expected delivery within 3-5 business days.
- International Orders: Expected delivery within 7-10 business days.
Inability to Supply the Product:
In the event that we are unable to supply a product, we will notify the buyer within 3 days of the order. The buyer will have the option to accept an alternative product or service of the same quality and price or to reject the alternative.
Force Majeure:
If delivery is not completed within 30 days, we will inform the buyer of the delay. The buyer can choose to cancel the order, select a similar product, or wait until the delivery issue is resolved.
Right of Return and Exchange:
Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 15 days of receiving their order.
